Terms of Service

1. The Service

The Stack is a monthly digital subscription delivering:

• 10 Canva templates
• 50 AI prompts
• 1 deep research report

Content is delivered digitally via download link on the 1st of each month.

2. Subscription & Payment

• Monthly subscription: €15/month, billed monthly
• Annual subscription: €135/year, billed annually
• Payments are processed by Lemon Squeezy
• Prices include applicable VAT where required
• Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled

3. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your Lemon Squeezy account. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You retain access to all drops delivered before cancellation.

4. Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature of our products, we offer the following refund policy:

• Monthly subscribers: Full refund within 7 days of purchase if the drop has not been downloaded.
• Annual subscribers: Full refund within 14 days of purchase if no drops have been downloaded.
• Refund requests must be sent to gethestack@proton.me.

EU consumers retain their statutory right of withdrawal of 14 days from the date of purchase for digital products not yet accessed.

5. Intellectual Property

All content delivered through The Stack is licensed for personal and commercial use by the subscriber. You may:

• Use templates for your own business projects
• Customize and modify templates
• Use prompts in your work

You may not resell, redistribute, or sublicense the raw content of any drop.

6. Disclaimer

The Stack provides information and tools for general business use. We do not guarantee specific business results. Affiliate links may appear in our reports; we may earn a commission at no extra cost to you.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Frankfurt am Main, Germany.
