Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your use of The Stack subscription service, operated from Frankfurt am Main, Germany by Omar Akkad. Full legal details in our Impressum.

1. The Service

The Stack is a monthly digital subscription delivering operational tools for solopreneurs and freelancers. Each monthly drop contains a combination of:

1 business spreadsheet (Google Sheets format)
1 Standard Operating Procedure document (Google Docs format)
50 AI prompts for business tasks
1 deep research guide

The exact contents of each drop are published on the website before the delivery date. Content is delivered digitally via a link on the 1st of each month. The April 2026 (Issue 001) drop contains 50 AI prompts and 1 research guide.

2. Subscription & Payment

Monthly subscription: €15/month, billed monthly
Annual subscription: €135/year, billed annually
Payments are processed by Lemon Squeezy
Prices include applicable VAT where required
Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled

3. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your Lemon Squeezy account. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You retain access to all drops delivered before cancellation.

4. Refund Policy

Monthly subscribers: Full refund within 7 days of purchase if the drop has not been accessed.
Annual subscribers: Full refund within 14 days of purchase if no drops have been accessed.
Refund requests: gethestack@proton.me

EU consumers retain their statutory right of withdrawal of 14 days from the date of purchase for digital products not yet accessed.

5. Intellectual Property

All content delivered through The Stack is licensed for personal and commercial use by the subscriber. You may use, customise, and modify the content for your own business. You may not resell, redistribute, or sublicense the raw content of any drop.

6. Disclaimer

The Stack provides information and tools for general business use. We do not guarantee specific business results. Research guides may contain affiliate links; we may earn a small commission at no extra cost to you.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Frankfurt am Main.
